Lima PT and The Nesting Place proudly present a special 60-minute mommy and me workshop tailored to the transformative first year of motherhood. Guided by Dr. Lima, pediatric and pelvic floor physical therapist, this workshop warmly invites expectant mothers, new moms and their precious babies to join us! Workshop includes: tummy time expert tips, milestone basics, child development must-knows, pelvic floor health insights, postpartum care strategies, proper baby-lifting techniques.
